  • Our café-restaurant is regularly open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
  • Hot meals throughout from 11.00 to 21.30
  • For individual days off in the winter months, please refer to our "NEWS" on the German homepage
  • All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
  • On the day of arrival we will have your room ready for you from 3 p.m. at the latest. Should you arrive after 8.00 pm, please let us know by telephone. Your room will be at your disposal until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure
  • The following cancellation fees are due for cancellations at short notice:
    in the LOW SEASON for cancellations from one day before arrival 12.00 noon 80 % of the accommodation price;
    in the INTERMEDIATE SEASON from five days before arrival 50 % and from two days before arrival 80 %;
    in the MAIN SEASON from three weeks before arrival 25 %, from two weeks before arrival 50 % and from one week before arrival 80 %.
    In the event of no-show or early departure, 90 % will be charged all year round. Cancellations are only valid in writing.
  • Our terms of payment: for bookings in the high season, a deposit of 30% of the expected total price is due upon booking. We will send you a deposit invoice for bank transfer once we have confirmed your booking. This deposit is 100% refundable before the cancellation conditions apply. Final payment on site on departure. No deposit is required for bookings outside this period. You can pay on site in cash, by Maestro/EC or with Visa or Master/Eurocard.
  • In the event of official travel restrictions or border closures of the contracting parties concerned, we guarantee free cancellation.
  • We highly recommend the purchase of a travel insurance, which you will find here.
