The Neuer’s have been running the hotel for four generations. Thekla Neuer started the guesthouse “Gästehaus Neuer“ with her husband in 1964. Andreas Neuer, Master Pastry Chef, joined the family business in 1999. After extensive reconstruction of the building in 2000, both of them are running the hotel, restaurant and café. Thekla Neuer is taking loving care of the flower decorations around the buildings, delighting people year by year.
Since the reopening in 2000, Jörg Linner is in charge of our restaurant’s cuisine. With his colleagues and helping hands he is creating exquisite meals, ranging from fresh fish from the Chiemsee or delicious meat from our preferred butcher: regional, fresh and quality food, are our premises.
Ernst Jackl is responsible for our pastry creations, also since 2000. The great choice of cakes and pastries is well known in the whole region. Fresh home-made rolls and bread from our own oven are served for breakfast every day.
Our skilled service team is taking care of our guests in the restaurant, café and on our terrace around the clock. With passion for the job and special charm we are delighted to serve you.

Ten years ago a young ginger cat found her way into our house and became a member of our family. Since then she was an inseparable part of our house and to be found at her famous sleeping spot on the front desk. On March 30, 2013 she left us to cat heaven. She is remembered with 12 years of beautiful memories by our guests and us.
